The sign-in code doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder and the address. Codes expire after 10 minutes: if it takes longer, ask for another. If you have a password, you can sign in with it without waiting for a code.
I want to lower the debut price or extend the time
You can't, on purpose: whoever saw your story decided counting on that price and that time. You can end the debut early.
I want to end the debut early
In your dashboard, on the work, tap «End now». The page switches to the after price at that moment. A used debut is not refunded.
The link doesn't open from my story
Add the link sticker to the story and paste the link we give you at launch into it. Pasted as text, Instagram doesn't make it tappable.
